Rule 25
Duties and Responsibilities of the Consumer
The duties and responsibilities of the consumer shall be as follows:-
(a) If it comes to know that someone has misused the service or leaked water or has done or is about to do such activities, immediately inform the project office,
(b) Providing necessary support to the project office in the construction, maintenance and security of the structure.
